We have aqcuired the skill of making equipment!
Now we have the craftsmen who can make good sport and recreational sleds, harnesses, brakes,lines, etc. In the photos our children are testing the new equipment.

Terry Hinesly is staying with us!
It is already the fourth time a famous American musher, marshall and participant of the major sled dog races comes to stay with us. The main aim of his visit is communication with our children. Terry assists them in organizing the trainings of dog teams, shares his experience in mushing.
“Euroasia-2008″
This year three dogs from our kennel have been shown at the major dog show in Russia “Euroasia”: alaskan malamute Grand Champion Chaur from Fillipova, siberian husky Champion of Russia Belka Buyoning and her daughter V’yuga from North Hope.
On the first day of the show Chaur took the 3rd place (expert Joao Filipe Lisboa, Portugal), on the second day - the 2nd place (Marja Kavcic, Slovenia).
Our huskies got excellent marks.
The children from our orphanage participated in the Sled Dog Championship of Russia.
In the Championship of Russia, that was held in Dmitrov on February 16-17 this year, our boys tried themselves in skijoring (Vasya Zaitsev, Lyosha Shorohov and Dima Zapletin) and sprint classes (Misha Sypko). Misha took the 8th place on the first day (2-4 dogs class) and the 7th place among adult participants! Anton Kirpichyov was a judge of the race.
